City of Frederick  Mayor Randy McClement has appointed FCAR Government Affairs Director, Tamar Osterman and FCAR member, Kathryn McKenzie, the  newly formed Blighted and Vacant Housing Property Ad Hoc Committee.  This will ensure that REALTORS  voices will be heard as the city discusses options for handling blighted ad vacant properties.
