The schedules below show the number of hours and course content required to renew a Standard real estate license. Continuing education is completed during the term of the license and prior to submitting a renewal application. Licensees must complete all hours due for each renewal period prior to submitting a reactivation application. You must renew and complete CE to remain inactive!

If your license expiration date is ON or AFTER 10/1/2015

If your license expires BETWEEN 1/1/2012 AND 12/31/2013

If this is FIRST RENEWAL IN MD AND your license expires BETWEEN 1/1/2014 AND 12/31/2015

If you renewed in MD in 2012 or 2013 AND your CURRENT license expires BETWEEN 1/1/2014 and 12/31/2015

All other Residential Associate Brokers and Salesperson – Total 15 hours

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT – If you wish to receive credit for courses approved for Continuing Education Credit, you must arrive on time and remain until the session adjourns. Please allow plenty of time for traffic. These requirements must be strictly enforced, so do not ask for leniency or special consideration.  FCAR staff and committee members must enforce these requirements as dictated by the Maryland License Law.

PAYMENT– All classes must be paid for at time of registration with CHECK, MC/VISA/DISCOVER/AMERICAN EXPRESS ACCEPTED. We will not accept payment at the door or walk in registration.
