2023 Maryland Forms Release Course

The Maryland Statewide Forms Release happens October 1 and FCAR is offering a FREE instructional class (non-CE) to learn about the NEW MD Contract of Sale and the 8 new addenda. 

There are also 5 forms being revised and you will learn why 6 forms are being retired. If you want to be ready for the October release and this class is not to be missed.  Thank you to the FCAR Forms Committee and our MD Forms Committee Representatives Marie Lagos, Marla Johnson and Barbara Maloney for bringing this to our members.  The instruction will be led by James Beslity, MD Realtors Attorney.
