Making Space for you
Our 490 Monocacy Blvd. location opens new opportunities for the Frederick business community to enjoy access to our two rental spaces—the Classroom and Boardroom. These two rooms can accommodate a variety of needs—from team meetings to strategy sessions to closings or luncheons—there's a fit for whatever your next event may be. As a member benefit, room rentals are free of charge for FCAR REALTORS® and Strategic Partners.
Room rentals include free coffee and WiFi, AV solutions for presentations and conferencing, and access to our kitchen and restrooms. Parking for 30 is available on-site with additional street parking on Bucheimer Ave. To begin your rental process, please fill out the form below.


The FCAR Classroom
Member cost: Free
Non-members: $300/Day
Our classroom is available to rent for workshops, seminars, classes, and other events. With capacity for up to 45 people, this is our best space for your next medium-sized event.
Description: Classroom-style setup with tables and chairs, large TV, WiFi, laptop, podium, microphone, speakers, whiteboard/flip chart, tables for refreshments, and restroom and kitchen access. Equipped for hybrid or virtual functions.
The FCAR Boardroom
Member cost: Free
Non-members: $200/Day
The boardroom is a bright and cozy location for small gatherings (up to 14). Whether you're hosting a business deal or a strategy session, the substantial table space and dual TV setup enable easy presentations and virtual conferencing.
Description: Boardroom-style setup with 14 chairs, dual TVs, WiFi, laptop, microphone, tables for refreshments, and restroom and kitchen access. Equipped for hybrid or virtual functions.
